Project Finance Management - 30h/Week

CADUS is seeking a Project Finance Manager to support our team in Berlin. In a nutshell you will be responsible for our project related financial management. Including financial support of our operational activities in cooperation with the project management, the implementation of reporting and documentation systems, project budgeting, expenditure tracking and financial reporting. Knowledge of German funding law is an advantage. The weekly workload is 30h in our office in Berlin Mitte.

Your task:

  • Create budgets for domestic and foreign projects in collaboration with project management

  • Tracking and billing of individual projects national and international

  • Documentation and tracking of expenses and acquisitions based on CADUS-internal financial regulations

  • Control of incoming and outgoing invoices

  • Budget management of projects including management of cash flow for foreign projects

  • Create monthly financial reports and forecasts

  • Assistance in the preparation of annual financial reports and project completion reports

  • Close cooperation with project implementation partners and international donors

What you can offer:

  • Several years of accounting experience or training

  • high motivation to implement and shape administrative processes

  • Experience in financial controlling desirable

  • conceptual thinking, reliability and independent work

  • good communication skills in English and German, spoken and written

  • Arabic knowledge of advantage
