Together, we listened to the voices of the Al Hol community to evaluate our effectiveness and improve our work.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"de-DE\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/workshop-in-al-hol-23-02-11-09-40-22-4299-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2000\" height=\"1500\" \/><em>View over Camp al-Hol. Photo: CADUS<\/em><\/p>\n<p lang=\"de-DE\">After this intensive but successful training, we can fully emphasize its essence: &#8220;We cannot add value if we do not know the existing value. We can only know the existing value if people communicate it to us. People won&#8217;t tell us if they don&#8217;t trust us.
