Short description: Between Christmas and New Year we supported the local initiative Grupa Granica with donations in kind and a small support team.

 

Project Progress:

Several weeks before the mission, CADUS was already in contact with Grupa Granica to determine the need for specific medical and communication equipment. During the Christmas holidays, the group needed not only material support but also medical professionals. A Medic and another CADUS staff member headed to the border to support the local initiative there.

Our Medic was mainly on site to be able to medically examine refugees hiding in the forest there trying to get across the border when alerted by the local network.
